License to Use the Site

Acceptable Use Policy

As a condition of your use of this Site and the Services, you warrant to PHP Architecture that you:

Members who violate these terms and conditions of use, at PHP Architecture's sole discretion, may have their Member Account suspended or terminated, and may be prohibited from receiving Services thereafter.

You agree that PHP Architecture has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor all material on the Site at any time for any reason in its sole discretion to determine compliance with these terms and conditions of use and any other operating rules that PHP Architecture may establish from time to time.
